We use this to keep our cholesterol numbers down because we don't want to go on statin meds. The numbers go down; this stuff really works. I recommend this - the Cholestoff COMPLETE vs. the plain Cholestoff - as this reduces both dietary AND hereditary cholesterol. Highly recommended.
Three years ago, my cholesterol was around 280. That was with a low fat diet. I started taking this product and omega-3 supplements. After a few months my cholesterol dropped to about 220. After I dropped 20 lbs, my cholesterol was down to 197. This stuff seems to work.
